I can’t help as I’m in the same boat. Unsure where to even start to loose weight. I can’t afford gym membership and I struggle to even find time to work out at home
Hey, I’m a qualified PT, pop me a message and I’ll be happy to help!
I use an app called nutracheck to calorie count. It will work out how many calories you need to lose weight based on your activity level. You can scan most foods, and it's really easy to use once you understand it. I've lost a stone in a month just by doing this and trying to go for a walk every day when I can. Pre baby, I lost 5 stone but gained a lot back with pregnancy cravings, so starting again 🫠 You really don't need to go on mad fad diets and exercise for hours a day, losing weight is just calories in vs calories out so if you can get into a deficit by tracking them as accurately as possible, you will lose weight. (I am by no means a PT or dietician, just a mummy wanting her pre baby figure back and then some 🤣)
Losing weight is just about calories in and calories out, so eating in a calorie deficit, no crazy diets or weight loss secrets, you don’t need to cut out any foods as long as you’re eating within this calorie limit, there are tools online to work out your calorie deficit🫶🏽
I liked to sit around 9’10. I was 10’10 when I fell pregnant and went up to 14😳 Finding the weight loss verrrryyyyy slow.
I was like this for 4 years after having my little boy. I started following the 16:8 rule so only eating within an 8 hour period and I combined that with ensuring I walked 10,000 steps a day (even if that meant walking round the house once LO had gone to bed) - I lost a 3 stone in a year and it didn’t feel like hard work. Takes a while getting used to fasting the 16 hours but black coffee and lots of water help and your body adjusts after a week or so
Message me priv, I can help xo 😽
