Did you do a skin prick test for those allergies? Only asking as i thought my baby had many allergies as well but turns out is only super sensitive and allergic to milk. I was avoiding all you mentioned above plus gluten so I feel your pain. Our go to is rice or pasta with any veggies that you like and blend it as a sauce and then add a protein like egg meat or fish to it. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are a good choice as well to switch it up

We also eat eggs in various forms obviously this is an allergen so depending on if you’ve tested it example vegan cheese and pepper omelet, scrambled egg, banana pancakes made with babies formula milk. Also Birds Eye potato waffles we usually pair this with scrambled eggs tbh for a quick meal, chicken potatoes and veg, Tesco have an amazing range of dairy soy gluten free products ect xx

We started with a milk allergy, possibly peas as it turned poo blue, oats as we had fever a few days after. My husband is allergic to gluten and lactose intolerant and I am severely allergic to tomatos. I understand the struggle rice is amazing pasta is a big hit for almost all littles(olive oil is a good way to keep the noodles separate, mashed potatoes(non sweet), if not allergic peanut butter sandwich is also a good one. Hopefully that helps some
