Massage the area to promote drainage incase of any extra fluid, even if it isn’t hot to touch or itchy there could be potential swelling. Hope it helps!
It could be mastitis, but that’s usually from a blocked milk duct and usually happens after you’ve had the baby. But still get checked to confirm it’s not x

I’m also 16 weeks experiencing this but mine is also itchy.. extremely itchy!! I have a midwife appointment coming up next week so I’ll ask then x
I had this around 12-14 weeks. It was so bizarre! It looked super red and sore (but wasn’t) on one boob and like one big patch, looked like it could have been mastitis but had no pain at all. Disappeared then and never came back! xx
Similar has happened to me! Both boobs, patches of red on them both. Going to ask the midwife about it on Monday but it did make me wonder
