Is anyone else's baby going through a sleep regression?

My 13 month old has been fighting her afternoon naps for about a week now. I'm trying things such as enlogating her wake windows during the day to transition her to one nap, letting her have an earlier bedtime(but then her wake time is way early, like 4am early). I've tried to go back to her two naps a day, she continues to fight the afternoon one, even pooping after being put down consistently. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do! Any advice? I should add that even when i let her have a later bedtime, she is still waking very early.

My son is also 13 months & he have sleep regression as well! in the middle of the night when he is sleeping he wakes up a lot crying, whining & moving around he hardly get any sleep.

We don’t get our little one until it’s time to get up. He doesn’t cry when he wakes up. I usually wake up about 45 mins before he has to get up so sometimes he will wake at 5:30 and be awake in his crib for 30 mins or more. It doesn’t bother him and it’s still considered rest. Once I get him out that’s when his wake window starts.

Same! My 13 month old hasn’t been napping as much and he wakes up at night crying hysterically for what seems like no reason. My friends with 13 month olds are going through the same thing.

I think mine started early and is almost passed it now. He cut his second nap 2 months ago and started waking up 3 times during the night, usually crying for no reason. Lasted about 3 weeks. He’s back to sleeping through the night mostly, sometimes waking up once.

We are going through something similar with our 13 month old! He went down to one nap about a month ago but, for the last few days, the put down has been totally fine up until the moment we try to place him in his crib. He starts screaming non-stop and is inconsolable! I had to pull a mattress in his room, for us to sleep on together, otherwise he just won’t go down. Then waking up middle of the night screaming and absolutely inconsolable for an hour or two till he tires himself out. 🥴

@Melanie sounds like maybe they're having separation anxiety and maybe nightmares 😔

I have not ran into that yet thank god, and my baby slept through the night at about a month old. I had to wake him up to feed him, and he still does good now too. But he likes to be in the bed by 7:30-8 and if he ain’t he will let you know lol
