Newborn constipation
My LO is 3 weeks old fed Aptsmil. She feeds well but sometimes looks like she’s struggling to have a poo. She will strain and eventually fart. She has 4-5 poos in 24 hours which is less than what she did at the beginning. Is this normal? Anyone going through similar thing?

My baby has 4-5 poos in a week! So yeah, 4 in a day is more than enough 😅
Hey mama, this is very normal. I also have a 3 week old baby girl and ended up going to a walk in centre as the baby was straining to do poo especially during the night and i thought she was constipated. However, the doctor advised us that the baby is straining as they are learning how to do poo (eg instead of pushing, they are closing their bum muscles) the baby will eventually grow out of this once they fully learn how to do poo :)
