Is my baby constipated?
My 4 month old has not had a dirty nappy for 3 days now - I believe this is normal. But its going to be almost 4 days and its worrying me. He passes gas.
I really want him to poo so bad.
How do I know if he’s constipated? Is there anything I can give him to help him poo?
The old trick of putting him on the bouncer doesn’t work anymore. 😩

if it goes over 72 hrs gp can give lactulose which can help xx
Ha! Thank you both - will use this for future reference. My little one just done it now - probably was testing if I was being attentive. 🤣

If he is breastfed then it's normal for him to go multiple days without pooping. Give him infacol that will help him go. My son had the same problem and now he goes either everyday or every 2 days as his body has finally regulated itself
