Omg same! My LB was such a good sleeper then the past few nights I’ve had about an hours sleep all together. Sleep deprivation is the devil 🥴😂 especially working full time as well as looking after my LB
My little one sleeps fine once she is down, but getting her to sleep is a nightmare lately. She has the worst meltdowns the second I mention it's time to get ready for nap/bedtime. It never used to be like this but it's been going on for a month now, and happens almost every nap/bed time. 🤯
We were gifted a night light with plays sounds and is a mini projector of stars on the ceiling That really helped my LO when he'd wake up and didn't know what he wanted. The music soothed him and the lights helped as it was something new to focus on You could turn it on whilst he's falling asleep so when he wakes at midnight, there's something new there that he can hopefully get comfort from?
Omg same! My Little one has been like it for a few weeks now. Normally a good sleeper. He’s currently getting over an ear infection and when it was at its peak would only sleep on me and was waking hourly 😴 trying to get him back into his normal routine now but it’s tricky. First night back in his bed he slept through then last night he as up from 3-4 upset and didn’t seem to know what he wanted. Yesterday’s nap fine. Today up crying calling me after 25 minutes. Please help.. suggestions?
What kind of lighting do you have? A friend of mine had a similar issue and it turned out her little boy was scared of the dark. Also it could be night terrors, and he's waking up too scared to go back to sleep but is also so tired he doesn't know what he wants x
