PPD

I definitely think I’m getting ppd I don’t know where to go for help. Should I wait for my 6 weeks follow up and wait for a referral to see a therapist ? I just don’t want people thinking I’m crazy or that i need to be watched 24/7 because I might hurt my baby you know? Because I would never no matter how frustrated I get I would never hurt him but I need help I’m falling hard and fast. I survived my first kid without it and getting this was my biggest fear but here we are.

Get help quick I wouldn’t wait. U don’t want it to get worse. I took this tea and it really really helped me let me find it and post it

@Vanessa thank you!! I’m buying these tomorrow so I can try it

Thank you, I’ve been looking for holistic ways to cope other than the zoloft that they gave me.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Reach out to Postpartum International! I reached out to them at the beginning of my PP journey and they helped connect me with an amazing therapist that specializes in perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and who accepted my insurance. They are wonderful and work with you towards a solution that you are comfortable with. Text “Help” to 800-944-4773

@Juli I swear by this!!! My ppd hit soo hard when I wasn’t able to breastfeed anymore I got to the point where I didn’t want to hold my daughter or do anything for her I felt like she wasn’t mine. My ppd got bad I had to reach out to my herbalist and after taking this for a 2 days I was 100% better n back to normal. I felt horrible that I felt that way towards my daughter but this blend saved me!

@Rachael i just texted the number thank you sm

@Vanessa how often did you drink it? And can it be cold or does it have to be hot?

I took it twice a day. It needs to steep in hot water for a bit but if u want to put it in the fridge after to drink cold that’s fine cuz I’d do that sometimes

Therapy helped me. I'm under a perinatal mental health team who are supporting me

No! Call and ask for a referral because they take a WHILE. I asked for a psych referral when my daughter was three months old and she's five months old now and I have yet to get an appointment for my PPD.....

@Juli how r u?
