Not trying/not preventing

Hello, I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I do have 2 kids and a regular cycle. Trying for 3&4. Twins would be wonderful. But I’m happy with just having them back to back. Curious about recommendations on what you think makes you most likely to conceive and encourage the egg and sperm to meet up and create the baby magic.

I also have PCOS and I was taking myo-inositol D-chiro along with N-acetylcysteine. These two supplements helped my cycles. But I've also done seed cycling and a few other things to increase my hormones. 🥰

I was diagnosed with PCOS. I started taking Maca root, ashwaganda, and folic acid. Not knowing all 3 of those boost fertility, and I ended up pregnant. I’m 100% convinced those three things helped me conceive. Obviously don’t want to test that theory right now though lol

I got told I had PCOS. I put castor oil in my belly botton just to try and relieve the symptoms. I am also from England and I don’t drink tap water here. Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship. When we finally got together I didn’t even try in the first couple of days I fell pregnant. Not sure if that helped my fertility but me and my boyfriend didn’t really try x
