In the same boat (38 weeks) I’ve been recommended to do pregnancy ball exercises
Practice pregnancy ball exercises, and even positions like elbows in knees out rocking back and forth on the floor to open up your pelvis a little bit too.
I’m currently 40+2 and I’m in the same boat had no signs of labor, they wanted to do a sweep last week but baby hasn’t dropped into the pelvis enough yet! I’ve literally done everything recommended to me from others including the midwives and he’s just not shifting 😓 I’m fed up and exhausted but just have to accept he’s gonna come when he’s ready 😅
Have a look at some exercises to get head into pelvis. There’s a few different ones such as walking up and down the stairs sideways & putting your hands on the floor and knees on the sofa. This is my 2nd and these have worked for me both times x
I tried moxibustion at 37w, 38w he finally turned even though not engaged. Also lots of walking and pineapple juice. Baby was born 38+3 last Saturday. Good luck !
