Breakfast she’ll always eat porridge or weetabix. Lunch is hit and miss with picky foods and dinner she usually eats well, especially these last few dats. But she used to love fruit and all of a sudden won’t entertain it. We get the most joy when we hand her foods one at a time. If you put a plate in front of her she’ll pick up and put down every bit without eating anything. We also ignore her and have a conversation or sing to the radio rather than sitting staring at her. But honestly they change so often, one day you might find he surprises you
Mine hardly eats anything, most meals doesn’t even pick food up or just throws it around, she does keep getting viral infections and off her milk recently too so I’m guessing it’s to do with that, it’s stressful but they will get there eventually x
Mine is daily changing her mind on what she likes. One day she's stuffing it in and the next she looks at it like what is this crap?! She still pushes A LOT of food out and it ends up in her bib so I'm not sure how much is being swallowed. I personally wouldn't purposely cut milk feeds - it will happen naturally once he's eating enough solids. Most days my girl is down to 3 bottles but some days she will have more if she's had less to eat (yesterday I think she had 5!). I do always offer breakfast first before milk now and she takes less milk in the morning, but after that I just go with the flow, sometimes milk first, sometimes solids. And then a bottle before bed. Things that are winners for us: toast with peanut butter or cream cheese, pasta, yoghurt with fruit, cheese, porridge, banana or blueberry pancakes, berries (she LOVES raspberries). Most of the time now I just put a few random bits of food down on her tray and see what she goes for and give her more if she seems to like it.
