Christmas presents

I feel like a rubbish mum, I’ve got Christmas presents for everyone else in my life sorted and nothing for my baby 🥺 I’ve no idea what to get for him, he’s got everything he needs/could possibly want!! I have got him a bauble for the tree which I will do every year & then he will have 20-ish baubles for his own tree when he moves out (don’t even wanna think about it) My SIL has gone mad and got him a sack full of toys, clothes and weaning supplies 😅 he also already has a jumperoo, kick mat, and every other toy under the sun!!! I know he’s going to be spoiled by everyone else, what are other mums doing? Am I a bad mum if I just give him the wrapping paper to scrunch 🤣

We’re in a similar boat, we wanted to focus on weaning supplies ready for when our little one turns 6 months in January as she’s too young to need much else really or know what’s going on, etc. but our families have purchased all we need for that, plus extras like toys and clothes. In the end we have got a couple of cute outfits we saw that we liked but have focussed on putting together a treasure basket with inexpensive toys and things in that we can give her for some baby led play for her development. We’re looking forward to watching her see the different toys/objects and choosing what she wants to play with! Your bauble idea is lovely!

Days out for next year. Annual pass for zoo. Money in savings. Baby won't know any difference this year

He’ll have no clue whatsoever. If you feel that bad, wrap some of his toys up, he won’t know the difference 😂❤️ I’ve just got him a couple of teething toys, and then a little music sound box thing and bringing down our daughter old jumperoo. It feels wrong though to see a huge pile for our toddler and then basically nothing for him but with our first, we did way too much and then we realised how silly it was 😂😂 xx
