Anal fissure

I think I have an anal fissure because I had some really hard stool. I’m literally bleeding from my anus. Plus yestarday I started to bleed from my vagina again and I stopped over 2 weeks ago…I think it’s because of all of the hard pushing I’ve been doing. I’m 6 weeks postpartum now. I can’t push anymore because it hurst so bad it makes me cry. Should ai go to the ER tomorrow and get help?
