Yeh most nights it’s quite common, making sure you stay hydrated in the day, stretch before bed! I have tried this tbf and it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference 😂

As soon as I swapped back from NHS vitamins to pregnacare, my cramps went. Apparently magnesium related
magnesium related. I started a prenatal vitamin, it went away
Yesss currently my left leg is hurting still from the cramp last night!! I drink so much in the day and stretch before bed doesn’t seem to make a difference! Take pregnacare too!
YES!! in my calves 😳😳😳 everyone is saying to drink more water but I’m not sure how much more I can drink x
