Raising the crib

I had to have my baby in the bed with me last night as when she was in her next to me crib, it seemed too uncomfortable for her stomach and she was restless the whole time but the bed seems to be a bit raised I guess which helped her settle. I did as much burping as I could before laying her down but there’s obviously still stuff trapped. Is there any issue with maybe laying a small towel under the crib to raise it up ever so slightly so she’s not completely flat?

Some next to me can be tilted, as in lower/raise one end. Just make sure it's a very small tilt, or she'll slip to the bottom

you shouldn’t put anything under the mattress but you can put a book under one end of the feet of the crib to create an angle, it ensures it’s still a completely flat and level surface whilst creating the slight elevation to help with reflux!

@Chloe Ah that’s a good idea!
