Incognito cause this is personal and kinda uncomfy

Ever since I gave birth to my second child several months ago I can like ...feel my body ovulate and it hurts. Wtf is going on? Has this happened to anyone else?

Yeah I’ve had this, it’s normal for some women and not generally anything to worry about. But if you’re unsure go to the doctor for some reassurance or to rule out anything else.

I get light cramps on side. When I started noticing it and tracking my ovulation I realized the pain switched sides sometime. Almost like I could tell what ovary dropped the egg is cool and weird being that intune with your body. I haven’t been tracking consistently right now but I gotta get on it cause no more babies

Yeah thats normal for the first few months postpartum at least it was for me too!

Same! I feel very in tune with my cycle and can feel everything since having my little one!

I didn’t get this post partum, however I have had a cyst on my ovary that cramped every time I ovulated on that side. If it’s painful maybe get it checked out?

I’ve not given birth yet but I’ve been able to feel myself ovulate for a few years now. I had a laparoscopy and endometriosis excision in 2019 and have been able to feel myself ovulate ever since

It’s called mittelschmerz, I’ve had it for years. I actually felt which ovary released the egg that I conceived with this baby and he implanted on the same side!

Yes, I can tell when I’m ovulating, it’s quite painful at times.

yep, ever since since giving birth i feel it every month. the cramps suck!

Yes I’m 44 and always know when I’m ovulating
