Breastfeeding help

Hey everyone, so my lil princess is 3 months now, exclusively breast fed but I only really plan on doing it for 6months, it was never in the plan anyway but when they put her on me in hospital we just connected. So I’m thinking of combi feeding her because I don’t want to be stuck later down the line and not get her off me, but I’m unsure of how and when to do it, any advice is appreciated please, thank you 🤩

Do it ur way

Formula in the night my opinion

And morning

At 6 months you will start weaning and the feeding will naturally decrease. She most probably will refuse formula as it's disgusting in comparison to breastmilk but you can try. Do you have a stash of your milk when you will try to decrease feeds?

@Klaudia I do pump daily for a bit of a stash as my mum has her for a few hours every Wednesday but she won’t really take a bottle at home she’s very fussy and I think it’s because I’m there and she knows. I know a lot of people combi feed but I just don’t really know how to do it. I have actually tried her with formula today a few ounces and she wasn’t too bad with it but I just don’t really know how to do it

@Elisha try equal amounts of both breastmilk and formula …🙂 for example : 2 and 2! If you didn’t want to mix them you can give 2 in one bottle then 2 in a another bottle then quick adding more of what you want

@Blanca does this work?? Should I do that for every time I give her a bottle, also how many bottles should I give her daily. I have planned to start her off just a bottle before bed and then introduce one through the day
