Call your pediatrician so they can check, clean anything your cat is around—surfaces, upholstery, etc. The best dewormer I’ve found is at feed stores it’s $35 and covers everything—heart, hook, ring, etc.
you can purchase dewormer on Amazon without a prescription. Just make sure you give her the appropriate dose for her age and weight. it’ll the do the trick!

You can also give cats panacur c (fenbendazole) from Amazon without a prescription. But please be careful. Buy the variety for small breeds and split the dosing packets waaaay down for your little one. How much do your kitten weigh? https://a.co/d/gsjYLcd

@Christa i agree with this, when I adopted my puppies they had worms..I called my pediatrician and she wasn't worried at all. Told me not to deworm my baby and just watch for worms in poop and if they happen then we will take care of it.. 4 years later no worms. Also, tapeworms come from ingesting a flea, so she'd have to do that.
Best bet is to take the kitty to the vet, but since that isn’t an option for you I’d say get some Elanco tapeworm dewormer from PetSmart. Yes, clean the carpets well and any other floors the cat has access to! Don’t put the baby on the ground until that is done. And don’t forget to switch out the litter! I would recommend calling your pediatrician if they have a nurses’ line. It’ll be okay
