So for example I get the 15 hours free but I still have 3 hours to pay and I used the tax free childcare account and they add 20 percent on my account everytime I top it up x

@Mamoona You give your childcare provider your eligibility code for the funded hours. They will then invoice you for what you owe (with the funded hours knocked off) and you can pay the remaining balance from your tax-free childcare account x
