Affordability of a second child?
Hi! My little one is about to turn two in January and I can’t help but feel a deep longing to have a second child. That said, it is financially challenging to have a second one. My husband and I both work full time and make a good living, but paying for child care and living life overall costs so much. Not sure if it’ll lead to the best life for our children. How are you all navigating this? I see many of you are having a second and I just don’t know how. One of us cannot stop working to care for child. Any advice? I get so sad and down thinking about all of this.

Do you have any friends or family that would be willing to help watch the baby a couple days a week?
My babies are 18 months apart. It’s hard, but so worth it! Our lifestyle isn’t glamorous by any means. We live under our means and save where we can. Our kids don’t lack anything they need though. I stay home with them and my husband doesn’t make a ton, but we get by and we are happy! Already trying for a third. :) our thoughts: the gift of a sibling is far more valuable to your child than a lot of money or cool stuff.
