Anyone get NIPT results?

I’m BAWLING!! Overall baby is healthy so far, but we just got the gender results of a boy 🥹 We have a girl already and we were hoping so hard for a boy (even though we already had girl names picked and room design). Girls run in my family so this is super shocking. I’m over the moon!! Anyone else get NIPT yet?

I got mine also having a boy finally after 3 girls

I have my appt for next Wednesday to do it. How long do the results take? Hoping for a healthy little girl 🤞

I got mine having my second boy I bawled bc I wanted a girl but after a day of soaking it in I am okay now!

I just went for the bloodwork yesterday! I’m so excited to find out! We have a 14mo boy and I will truly be so so so elated with either sex. A healthy baby is all I want. But it will be so exciting to know who I have in tow and to start being able to buy and plan etc! Congrats mama! Being a boy mom has been so so so SO special.

we were shocked as we really thought baby was a girl due to my symptoms and dreams lol it was amazingly good news though and were mainly relieved to hear the health results. Makes it feel way more real now (first time mom)

Has anyone gone for there nipt testing yet?

I just got my nipt results back and they all came back inconclusive because of low fetal fraction, I was 10 weeks 6 days when I got it done and there wasn’t enough fetal dna for any results.

Is anyone else having a surprise 💖💙

Does failing the 1hr glucose test mean gestational diabetes?

I was told at the lab my levels came up high. I have hypoglycemia and I notice I’m low on sugar levels when I get very sleepy and am rested. After drinking that orange thing, like 10-15min after I felt I was getting sleepy. I thought it was the crash after the loads of sugar from that drink (normal to hypoglycemia) but then they checked ny urine sample and sha said it was high. That they were waiting to run the testing on the blood sample after to be sure of more details they could share later. Does that mean I’m likely to have gestational diabetes? I’m nervous 🥺

Winging it

I feel like people out there have so many opinions about what they should and shouldn't be doing with their baby. Tummy time, screen time, floor time, reading, naps. Meanwhile I'm over here like no idea what I'm doing just trying to get through the day!! 👀 Who's with me?

Hey! How long did it take for you guys to get your results back? I been waiting a week now it feels like forever. Ugh I just wanna know what I’m having haha. Also did you get an email or did you get it on the app you use for your doctor?
