Pram help

I need advice. I’m sure I won’t be the only one in this position. My LO only likes to walk not but sometimes he’s too slow, refuses to go in the right direction, or it’s simply not safe. However when I have to get him in the pram he kicks off. So I’m down to bribery…. (no judging if you’re not in this position please) 🙈 The only thing that works is my phone or snacks, and I hate him being clued to a screen, but snacks only last 30 seconds! Can anyone recommend a good bribe? Or a snack that lasts a while! A lollipop would be ideal but also major choking hazard and full of sugar so had to rule that out which is a shame!

Does he have a particular toy that keeps his interest for a decent amount of time? My little one will normally kick off if she doesn’t want to be in the pram but it doesn’t tend to last long luckily so I do just use snacks/toys to distract her long enough that she just gets over being in the pram

Mine wouldn’t go in the pram from about 9 months but he loves the back pack! Maybe worth a try?

I use snacks as a pram bribe too, so no judgement here 😂 Have you tried pram alternatives? My daughter can stand on the back of our pram and she prefers that to sitting. Some of her friends have those trike/pram hybrids but she’s not been super keen on sitting on a bike. I think I’ll get her a little scooter thing for the spring!

Our bribe is breadsticks, it started accidentally at around 9 months to get him into the pram and has just carried on, he loves them because they snap easily, if he’s done eating them they he entertains himself with them. 55p for box too!
