Working Out During Pregnancy

🤰 Did you know squats can be a game-changer during pregnancy? This simple yet powerful exercise helps strengthen your pelvic floor, improve hip flexibility, and reduce pesky back pain. It even boosts circulation and preps your body for labor by opening the pelvis to encourage optimal baby positioning! Plus, squats can alleviate common pregnancy discomforts while keeping you strong and confident through every trimester. 💪 Just remember to consult your healthcare provider before starting or modifying your workout routine. You’ve got this, mama! 💕 #PelvicHealth #PostpartumRecovery #DiastasisRecti #Incontinence #PelvicPain #PostpartumJourney #HealingNotBouncingBack #PelvicFloorCare #MomsHealing #PostpartumHealth

Can I ask, whenever I first start squats after a while of not doing them, I have such a painful back the day after starting, and then it's fine after that, but hard to bend down or anything. This is anytime, not in pregnancy. Am I doing them wrong which hurts my back? Thank you
