Engagement and induction

Does anyone know if the baby being engaged will help with a more positive/ quick induction? I’m due to be induced next Wednesday and I’ve found out that my baby is 3/5 engaged. I’m really hoping to avoid the drip so I was wondering with my baby starting to move down will this help the pessary, gel or ballon? Will this give me more of a chance to start labour without the drip?
