Phantom cries
Does anyone else still experience phantom cries? I get it so often and I'm worried that it could also be schizophrenia as there are a few family members on my mum's side that suffer from it. Should I be concerned or is anyone else still hearing crying

Same as @Fay - happens in shower. I also thought baby is crying the other day but it was my stomach rambling 🤪 I’m generally on edge as she wakes up crying a lot so I can “hear” her cry a lot xx
I have it quite a lot, I think it's our protective instinct
