My first was 3-4 weeks his first Christmas, We kinda got things to set up for Christmas in the future, his personalised stocking and Christmas Eve box, we made a Santa plate with his hand and foot prints on to leave mince pies carrots on etc, then we did a stocking with some sensory toys, teething toys and some bath toys, and a couple of the sensory books he would use in a few months ☺️
We are making some socks of his into ornaments and making keepsakes but nothing else. I am working on a memory book and we will be taking photos
Mine was born on the 6th. I did a small stocking with wipes, bath wash, vests, mittens, bath book, pram book (she has an older brother). Think we got her a Bumbo and a swing chair plus some outfits. So we got mostly practical stuff.
It’s not worth it. I would rather wait next year. I’m due less than 2 weeks with my second baby.
Maybe like a my first Christmas bauble to keep and pop on the tree each year but I really wouldn’t get anything when they are that little x
