Baby weight

My daughter is 1 year and 1/2, I STILL have the baby weight. It's soooo hard to get it off. Any tips on how to shed the baby weight? I want to hopefully start shedding it fairly quickly if possible. But also still being healthy. I'm 244 and I need to get down to 200. Thanks!

I'm in the same boat girl! My daughter is almost a year old and I'm still 220. I'm excited to see any recommendations.

Hey momma! I help other mommas focus on gut health, protein intake, walking 8-10k steps a day and lose weight, especially postpartum! I would love to help you/ do it with you as I am on my third pp baby weight lose journey đŸ„°

I was about 200 postpartum and I was not going anywhere. I started teaching a workout class at my local gym and got down to my pre baby weight (165) in 3 months. I taught 2 one hour classes a week. I did not change my eating habits due to breastfeeding, I actually started eating more. I would say just start with one hour a week of high intensity exercise and then when you feel comfortable add one more hour at a time. YouTube was my go to for inspiration. But just focus on one thing at a time so you don’t burn out.

Same

Me too😭 I weigh more than I did the day I gave birthïżŒ

@Camille do you think that would work split up? I can’t do high intensity exercise for long because I get exercised induced migraines and I have sciatica in my lower back but I might be able to do short spurts

@Hunter that would be great I desperately need to lose weight. I want another baby so bad but I need to shed some pounds first

@Camille thanks for the tip.

@MaryKate Yes I think if you did 20 minutes a day it would also work. Have you considered water aerobics or aqua jogging?

@Camille I have considered water aerobics actually my husband and I were just talking about that recently!

Hey there! Tons I could say on this topic but it might be easier if you check out my free resources on this topic through my Website: www.kbhealthcoach.ca You can also message me or set up a free call! Just know there are lots of options and working with someone who has the proper knowledge and has been through it themselves is helpful! (I implemented what I coach to women and returned to my pre pregnancy numbers)

@MaryKate you should check out some classes or look up water aerobics with Stacy on YouTube. A lot of classes are catered to mobility for older people so I would definitely test out a few before getting any sort of membership.

@Camille thank you!!

I joined weight watchers. It has helped me lose weight before

@Angela I've heard alot have success but also alot don't. And it's expensive i hear as well. I've never done it. But just going based off what i hear.
