Im 7dpo according to my Femometer app and I have been having a some twinges on my right hand side in my groin area. It’s like a sharp pain then goes and then might come again.
Could it also just be AF preparing for 7 days time?

When is your next period ?
Due on the 12th - I’ve woken up not feeling great this morning - my throat is really dry and painful when I cough so maybe just unwell
