Scan from miscarriage

Hi everyone. I was supposed to be 10 weeks pregnant when I started bleeding and unfortunately it ended up being a miscarriage ( embryo measuring around 5/6 weeks) I’ve just been looking back through my photos and saw the scan picture and upon looking closely , am I going mad or does what I’ve drawn an arrow to look like it could have been a 2nd embryo??🤔 This was my second pregnancy , my first pregnancy I was pregnant with twins but one of them stopped growing around 7 weeks but the other (my now 3yr old, continued to grow!) It’s the first time I’ve noticed this bit and wondering if maybe there could have been 2 again?? Could just be me over thinking it!
