Sit down toilet for boys
My little boy has a small penis (too small to tuck down when he’s sat on the toilet).
We’ve cracked potty training by doing stand up wee’s, which works well. However, even if he’s done a wee before doing a poo, the pressure fr doing a poo causes a bit of wee to come out. He puts toilet roll over his penis to catch it but it’s not always enough, so often has to change clothes. Has anybody been in a similar situation and has any advice? X

It’s inverted when he sits down (imagine an outy belly button) so there’s nothing there to put his finger on unfortunately 😟. Spoken to the doctor and they said eventually the fatty tissue around there will disappear and it will sit normally. I’m just concerned that won’t happen before he starts school and I don’t want him to be struggling to do a poo on his own there. He’s at pre school at the moment but the odd accident isn’t an issue as many kids are still potty training.
I'm not in the same position but perhaps putting something like a urinal in place to catch his wee in maybe might help? X
I don’t think it tucks down by itself at this age, my little boy holds his finger on his so it points down when he’s sat on the toilet but if he didn’t wee would go everywhere
