Following out of curiosity. Thankfully in my state they accept religious exemptions but we will be homeschooling!

I’m basically in the same boat, we’re in Dubai and I’m trying to see if I can go around it with exemptions. It’s a tough one. Hope you find what you’re looking for Xx

@Alyssa yeah NYS only allows medical exemptions. & i feel weird asking for one bc i don’t want the dr to look at me crazy lmao. i’ve heard of some physicians being willing to provide them no questions asked, but idk where they’re hiding!

@Jess oh i actually have this same list! thank you for that. i just feel so weird about asking for a medical exemption without a “real reason”. you never know who’s a real one & who’s going to report you 🤦🏽‍♀️

Say your kid is allergic to formaldehyde, thimerosal, and acetone. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Poison control would agree with you maybe! So hard though, props to you for doing the hard work. ❤️
