💯 Relatable, sorry you’re going through this, unfortunately I don’t have a solution other than just pushing through even when times are tough, stay strong it will pass, you matter and are not worthless, we are all here for a reason!

So many moms feel the same but we don’t talk about it. This is hard. There’s so many people that want to tell you what to do without being in your situation. It’s so hard. Hang in there, you’re stronger than you think!

Why do you care about how others perceive you? You didn’t come to impress anyone, you should do what your heart tells you as you don’t owe anything to anyone. Live as you please and don’t care about anything trust me it’s liberating. It’s all in your mind. Feel free to speak to people about your feelings and if anyone judges you it’s not your type of people. You feel worthless it’s because you compare yourself to something or someone. You’re unique in your own way, you don’t need to fit into a standard to feel good about yourself. This society judges people from a set standard where there’s no space for difference and variety. Even racism is a concept which is so stupid everyone and every culture is great in their own way there’s not one above the other… but yeah feel free and happy to be yourself. don’t see yourself from the lens of others. Your feelings are valid but it’s your mind limiting you from seeing your true worth.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. First, please know that you’re not alone, and many people go through moments of self-doubt and feeling overwhelmed. It doesn’t make you a failure or a waste of space—it makes you human. When those feelings hit, try to remind yourself of even the smallest positive things about yourself, like the kindness you’ve shown others, the effort you’re putting into life, or even just the fact that you’re here, which is proof of your resilience. If you’re afraid of judgment, consider writing your thoughts in a journal—it can be a way to express yourself without fear. Or, seek out anonymous support groups or hotlines where people are trained to listen without judgment. You matter, and even if it doesn’t feel that way right now, this feeling will pass. Please be kind to yourself, and if you ever want to talk more, I’m here

I have never ever felt like a waste of soace
