I’ve had a few transfers but my highest I ever had was like over 200! Clinic didn’t seem phased by it but I also had read studies with too high being an issue. I did get implantation for the first and only time that transfer, however it was a chemical but hope this reassures you that implantation is possible with high progesterone.
@RD thanks ❤️. Mine is over 245nmol/L (or 77ng/ml). It seems crazy high and the clinic said it’s OK but as there is so little information online and the few articles talk about low implantation rates, I was wondering if I am the only one with these super high levels. I never had a positive result after many FETs so everything makes me worry ❤️❤️ I also never knew my levels in my previous transfers so I cant compare with them
@RD it definitely reassures me, thanks 🥰
from what i have been able to work out from my own experience (not medically trained) they are only concerned about high progesterone levels just before you trigger, because this can indicate that your lining may have advanced too far and be less receptive for embryo implantation. i had mine tested the day before trigger and it was higher than they wanted, so they did a freeze all. presumably once you start taking progesterone to prepare for transfer, your levels are going to go up anyway? x
My clinic did bloodwork 2 days before the transfer, and my progesterone was 20.400
