Did you give your midwife a gift who helped you during labour?
I dont know if i was being cheeky but I gave my midwife w box of chocolate and an eyeshadow pallet. Gave it just before I started activate labour as her shift finished in 5 hours and I didn’t want to forget her gift.

We got her chocolates, wine and a plant, she was absolutely amazing
We got chocolates for my midwife, my midwife changed mid shift so I had to account for 4 midwives 😂
I gave my midwife a scarf as she wore them every time I saw her and I gave chocolate for the whole maternity unit in my hometown for them to share :)
we went in about 2 weeks after my little was born. we were in for 5 days after she was born. i had all the midwives names written in my phone to remember them (i had a few due to staff handover and students) and got a massive thank you card and thanked each of them individually in the card and bought loads of biscuits, chocolates and pop for them x

I gave my midwife a card with a picture of my daughter at a month old and a box of chocolate, I don’t think it’s cheeky I think they probably appreciate it! Or I hope they do 😂
