BodyFit by Amy is great - monthly challenge, 5 workouts per week, mix of weights, bodyweight, cardio and mobility. Sydney Cummings is also great I just found her channel this year and started off with her Summertime Fine challenge but she also has a new programme each month. More weights focused but some bodyweight and mobility. All workouts around 30-40 mins max.
