Just a moan and vent.

Third trimester truly sucks. Not sleeping at night, if I am sleeping it is sitting up with pillows propped. The whole night it's being awake every 20 minutes switching from sitting to laying on the left to sitting to laying on the left. Don't forget peeing every time you wake up. Oh and the cherry on top malten lava and bubbling acid in the esophagus. Carpel tunnel in the hands 24/7. During the day walking feels like someone is intentionally pushing and scratching at the bladder. Finally the gorgeous migraines that just come out of nowhere. Then being expected to go to stressful toxic work and being able to concentrate. Thank god I don't have much left of this. Really needed to get this off my chest.

Ugh, I feel you! I do have a suggestion for the acid reflux if you haven't already tried, speak to your Dr and they can give you omeprazole. I wasn't sleeping due to reflux and it has totally gone since I started the tablets, literally only 3 days ago. Hopefully it will help you too. Hang in there, we're almost there!

Bless you I feel this post in my whole soul 😭😭 I may aswell just sleep in the bathroom with my pregnancy pillow at this point for the amount of times I get up just to go toilet I could cry but bub loves to use my bladder as a trampoline clearly we’ve got this! Definitely not long left now x

I really feel for you, I’m going through the exact same for the last few weeks. I did speak to my midwife about sleeping positions a few days ago and she said you can set yourself up so that you’re basically led on your back but have a pillow wedged under you on one side. She basically said it’s fine to do this as long as you aren’t flat on your back and it’s been working for me the last few nights to help me get a bit more sleep.

Same with the reflux girl! And weeing and disturbed sleep 🙁🙁

I'm feeling exactly the same it's so tough and I have no idea how I'm going to manage for another 9 weeks 😫
