If you really want to keep an eye on what you’re eating and see what is ‘good’ (I don’t like that term) for you in terms of helping you to track your diet use an app like my fitness pal. And if you need food inspiration use ChatGPT to write you up recipes or a meal plan. If you want to loose weight, and keep it off long term your diet needs to be sustainable and you need to build good eating habits. Eating the same thing for 2 weeks and dropping a few pounds won’t promote long term weight loss, as it’s unrealistic you’ll keep that up for longer than a few weeks, even days!
