Yes 100% the fresh air helps them and me 😂 wrap them up nice and warm and take snacks and a drink! They’ll love it xx

Yes definitely plus we have to for the school run 🤣 But if I didn't we would be home forever as she's constantly poorly with a cold cough etc recently
Yes fresh air is the best thing to help clear some germs. Get them wrapped up and they will be fine

We went out in the rain (it was light not heavy) the other week. We’d been coped up for a few days both starting to get very moody so we went out for 20/30mins in the rain to the park, wrapped her up really well, when we got home and we had a bath and some warm milk. She absolutely loved it and slept through that night 😂 xx
Yeah I take my little girl out if she has. I think fresh air does the world of good. As long as you wrap up and she’s not sat in pouring down rain it will make you both feel so much better. Xx
