Second babies
Anyone finding second baby more difficult? I don't know whether it's because I had more time to do things and get out easier with my first. But the second baby seems harder to settle and more demanding! Anyone else?

Definitely on the sleep front. I just don’t have the time to spend on getting her to sleep etc. When I’m on my own with both of them, I rely on pram and/or car naps. Contact naps aren’t possible with a toddler running riot, but it takes about 20 minutes to get her to sleep in her cot for 30 minutes and I just can’t spend 20 minutes without eyes on my toddler to be honest 😂
Yeah I feel like this and I don’t know if it’s because my first is only 16months so just running around and getting into everything but it’s definitely harder this time round!

Yes! And not being able to give them the time to help them settle/sleep etc. Because there's another child demanding your presence and full attention too. My first son was on a great schedule and naps solo in his cot by this age, my second has no real routine and has never managed a nap in his cot because the toddler has either followed us up and playing in the nursery or is downstairs screaming at me to come back 😩 x
