High volume foods! I’ve had a kick for salads after only being able to eat junk my first trimester but I eat soooo much salad. Lots of lettuce and veggies and protein and maybe a crispy jalapeño chips and such. A lot of food for little calorie. Cottage cheese buffalo dip/ taco dip. Find a low cal chip and go ham! Blend cottage cheese, add ranch powder (I buy a big bottle and it lasts foreve), and buffalo to your spiciness likeness. Can warm it if you want but we like it cold. Do the same with taco seasoning, some lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, some shredder cheese and warm it up and it is sooo yummy. Volume eating will be your friend I promise. Cause even if you eat something dense and filling you’ll be ravenous again in 2 hours haha. I recommend following benjixavierr on instagram. He does a lot of high volume meals that I’ve tried and loved!
@Meghan i try to eat as much as I can but I've never been someone who was able to eat big huge meals all at once 😭 I feel like I'm eating sooo much but I'm still hungry even after eating a ton 😩 salads don't keep me full very long even when they're packed. I've tried cottage cheese so many different ways I can't do it, I've been adding yogurt to my diet one of them is a protein yogurt but I'm literally still starving 😅😅 i don't remember feeling this hungry with my last 2 pregnancies, I broke down crying last night because I was hungry but didn't know what to eat 😅😅
At that point you give up on watching your weight because baby needs all that food to grow. I gave up because I know I can lose weight after I have baby. Mine will take longer due to c section lol what I did around the week is eat small snacks here and there and never miss a meal. Drink whole milk
