Touched out with BF/cluster feeding

Any tips on what to do when your completely touched out and fed up with cluster feeding? I have slept about an hour. My baby has been fussy if she’s not attached to me constantly using me as a dummy. She drinks about an oz from a bottle at a push if I try and screams for breast feeding after. She won’t take a dummy. Won’t settle with anyone else. How am I meant to get a break? Feeling fed up. All when I have a toddler too who isn’t getting a look in.

I’m feeling the same. I have a 2.5 week old, cluster feeding. He will take a dummy but won’t settle at night. I’ve not yet been to sleep and he’s wide awake.

So so hard & not a solution but have you tried the lying down BF position? Often relaxes both you & baby and they fall asleep after (make sure your bed is safe for co-sleeping). Sending love, xx

I agree with @Molly, lying down and feeding is what gets me through the night- I’m also on baby no.2! Totally get it with needing energy for your toddler too, sending love 💕 P.s. just remember that this phase will be over soon, you’ve done this before and you can do it again ☺️💪🏻

Also agreeing with Molly and Zainab, it's how I got any sleep with all 3 of my kids. Third baby is 2.5 weeks old and wind is making him super fussy at times, I got about 4 hours of heavily broken sleep last night and he's barely slept today because he is ✨️overtired✨️. It's really tough, I'm currently hiding in the bedroom rocking him to keep him asleep as long as possible 😴
