I use Tubby Todd and it helps a lot with redness and has cleared my baby’s face up in general. Still some acne but a lot less inflamed after a few days.

It’s baby acne that’s why my sons just finished going through it like 1 day ago but u can try mustela cleansing water for babies it works wonders💯

I just use unscented soap and warm water with a clean wash cloth. It seems to be helping.
