I gave my daughter mango spears, broccoli spears, cauliflower, zucchini sliced the long way, whole asparagus, and used the happy baby teething wafers and put spreads on them (peanut butter, avocado, etc)
We have done steamed broccoli, carrots and zucchini and also avocado
Peas, carrots, steamed apple, bananas, you can also combine them too… like carrots and apple taste really good!
This isn’t a specific example but I gave my first baby anything we were eating just cut how she could eat it based on what was sage for her age (following guidance from the solid starts app) and she is a champ of an eater right now at 2.5 years old. I am going to start doing the same with my soon to be 6 month old.
