NYE
What is everyone doing for new year with our newborns.
Staying in/going out with baby or leaving baby with family/friends round? One or other parent going out with our the other one?
Or Pretending it’s not happening and carrying on as normal with bedtime routine?

I just stayed home last year when my baby was a newborn for NYE. Not an inch of my being wanted to be out, not an inch 😂
Pretending its not happening. I like sleep and don't get enough of it as is. Maybe we will do an early celebration with the kids for fun though.
Husband is working so I’ll put my toddler to bed and look after the newborn. Maybe watch some fireworks out the window and go to the park on ny day if the weather is dry

Haven’t been out for nye since before I was pregnant and my son is 5 years old now 😂🙈
I’ll be 39 weeks exactly on NYE. If she’s here by then, my partner and I will be staying in. If she’s still baking, we will spend it with friends at the pub
