Pregnancy right after miscarriage?
Had a miscarriage when I was barely 3 weeks pregnant on October 20th and overall lasted a week. Doctors confirmed all tissue had passed and I was no longer pregnant.
So imagine my surprise when on November 27th I get a very positive pregnancy test! Has this happened to others? Any idea on how far along I could even be? I’m going to the doctors next week but still have so many unanswered questions

This has happened to me twice. I had a miscarriage around 7 weeks then got pregnany the cycle immediately afterwards. I was put on progesterone because of my levels being low but had a healthy pregnancy and baby. Then at 15 months postpartum i had another miscarriage at 8 weeks and got pregnant the cycle immediately afterwards. No meds needed this time and had a healthy pregnancy and baby as well! They are going to base this pregnancy based on the first day of your last cycle (being the miscarriage) until they do the ultrasound and check dates. Congratulations!
