@Samantha-Leigh Rautenbach - I feel exactly the same! I’m 17 weeks PP and still really struggling with how weak my body is and how achey I am from just looking after my baby. I’ve been seeing a physio and just started doing Pilates which has really helped with core strength. I can also share my peloton referral link which I think gives you 30/60 days free access to the digital membership - they have specific post partum collections of classes - spin, strength, yoga, stretching etc. You just stream the classes on your phone - anything from 5 to 60 min long classes - so super accessible and can all be paused if you need to stop to look after your baby.
I have been using the rwl app - I used this pre pregnancy and now during pregnancy granted not as regularly as I used too prepregnancy but it has pelvic floor on there and you can do all from home with no equipment if you dont have it, they have a specific pre and post natal section too! Referral link for a offer is https://rwl.fitness/invite?utm_aff=Miles231439&Fname=Katie if your interested you can cancel anytime! X
