I don’t think it defeats the purpose of Santa, as his presents will always come on Christmas Eve, but I am in the same boat with some of my in-laws. They are coming to visit us this weekend and they want to give my son his present on Saturday so they can see him open it - it will be only the 14th of December which is so early to open presents but he will have plenty of other presents to open on Christmas Day so I go along with it, not a massive fan of it though! 😕
Are all presents from Santa for your daughter? If so, maybe reconsider 😆 Family and friends can buy presents and Santa brings special presents Xmas eve. These are in the stocking for us. That’s what I’m doing with my daughter and how I was brought up.
No unless you’re doing all gifts are from Santa. But even then you can say family give gifts too. We aren’t doing Santa but growing up we didn’t Christmas whenever and then our stockings and like one big gift was from Santa. Santa never brought us everything
Don't see how it would since the presents are from family member not from Santa.
No they presents are from family the ones on Christmas Day are from Santa plus the fact right now she will be too young to understand anyways enjoy family time life’s too short
We are planning to give some toys early so he can enjoy them before getting more on Christmas day. He knows which ones Santa gave him
Not really, I’ve always had presents from family members and Santa and they’re labelled/wrapped accordingly. We do this with our children now x
