Baby stopped drinking so much

Since I started weaning my baby will drink so much less formula milk even though he doesn’t want to eat anything (solids). We’ve tried so so many different foods and food combos and he just refuses to eat anything. He doesn’t wanna drink water either. But he’ll drink so much less formula and I don’t understand why.

How long has this been going on for? How much formula intake is he having? How old is baby?

Was there a food baby did accept before this started and have you tried to offer that to them again? Try not to chop and change food so often. Change every 3 days and it can take anywhere from 5-7 days for a baby to accept a new food If formula intake is a lot less than before weaning, say less than half and isn’t getting anything in from solids or water I would strongly suggest a visit to the gp x

Since I started weaning 1 1/2 months ago, now he’s having roughly 600-700ml and 7 months old. Before he’d drink 900 or more @Rosie

I can’t remember if he drank less form the beginning of the weaning journey or after the food. He loves avocado and I’ve given it to him many times but that’s about the only food he likes
