Baby acid reflux any tips?

My 6 week old seems to have reflux- she spits up after feeds (amount varies), her nose always sounds congested, she cries a a lot in evenings and is always unsettled. I use gripe water and keep upright after feeds and burp in between but was wondering if there are any other tips anyone has? Especially any natural remedies? I tried gaviscon with my first baby and i didn’t like how constipated it made her so want to avoid that this time if possible.

We’re having the same problems, my little one is also 6 weeks today! No successful solutions yet unfortunately, I’m EBF and I’m attempting to cut dairy and see if it’s caused by an intolerance

We’ve actually got over silent reflux recently! We lifting her Moses basket to an angle so not completely flat, didn’t lay her down after a feed for 20/30 mins and used saline nasal spray!! Hasn’t been properly sick in a while!! With her reflux it was so violent it was coming out her nose! These methods deffo worked for us x

We tried gaviscon and carobel and they just caused more problems with her bowels. We switched formula to an anti reflux different brand, added probiotics and tilted the crib. We also took her to an osteopath (quite pricey but worth it) and we’ve seen a massive difference x

I second the osteopath. My little boy was having huge spit ups (not every feed, but regularly) and was very unsettled his first few weeks. He definitely relaxed a bit straight after the osteopath - we only did 2 sessions so whilst not cheap, it wasn’t outrageously expensive. I also really try to make sure he gets at least one long nap during the day, as he now only seems to vomit when he is very unsettled / over tired. I think it has also helped that my milk supply has now calmed down - if you are breastfeeding this can also make reflux worse if you have an oversupply / fast letdown.
