I used it, but it didn’t bring on labour x

@Ceri when did you use it? I’m 37 weeks next week and was thinking of putting it in a diffuser but the risks are not clear, everything is positive for using when labour has started but not much Info for before

I think from 38 weeks as I had an induction booked for 40 weeks I was trying to avoid 😂😂 I found it relaxing but jot effective for me x
